Bob Larkin opened Classic Homes and Development (renamed Bob Larkin Construction) May of 1986 in Dade City, Florida. His purpose was to build quality, carefully constructed homes that were tailored to meet his clients' needs. His close attention to detail, quality assurance and the individualized care given to each client have come to symbolize the mark of his work.
Since opening its doors to the community, Bob Larkin Construction has become actively involved in City Planning, Government Housing projects and in the establishment and growth of the East Pasco Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Larkin has also been a long standing member of the Dade City Rotary Club. His desire to give aid to people in need as well as contribute to the development of the community that has supported him keeps him actively involved on all levels in local projects and endeavors.
